Inflation: Moisten the pump needle or apply a small amount of petroleum jelly before insertion to help protect the valve. Inflate until firm with slight give – approximately 4–5 PSI.

Please Note: Natural latex bladders may gradually lose air over time. Occasional air top-ups are normal and help maintain optimum speed and performance.
