Size

No. 5 – 21.5cm × 11cm when laid flat.

Inflation

Moisten the pump needle or apply a small amount of petroleum jelly before insertion to help protect the valve. Inflate until the bladder is firm with a slight amount of give – approximately 4–5 PSI.

Please Note

Natural latex bladders can gradually lose a small amount of air over time. Occasional air top-ups are completely normal and will help maintain optimum speed, rebound and performance.
