The Never Too Late High Quality Weighted Speed Rope is designed for the serious of skipping enthusiast. It comes with easy removable weights from the handles using the supplied key to suit your desired weight to increase the intensity of the workout. Dual high speed ball bearings makes for a smoth rotation. Unique 2 screw attatch and release system to conect the 8mm PVC steel core cable which can also be shortened if need be to desired length. Comfortable alloy machined handles have embedded silicon rings to aid the gripping action whilst skipping. Try it once and you will love it.
